Hospitality group rolls out stackable tumblers across 38 locations with controlled replenishment
Three colorways, location-specific quantities and a practical stack test were consolidated into one repeatable product and allocation workflow.
Program brief
The group needed insulated tumblers for cafés, meeting rooms and retail counters. Three colors had to remain coherent, but each location required a different quantity and delivery date.
Workflow
We approved the body construction and stack clearance first, then signed light, target and dark finish references for the three-color range. A controlled allocation file linked each site to carton quantities and delivery windows. Retail sleeves were packed separately for locations that sold the tumbler; service-only locations received a simpler care card.
Final checks covered rim condition, coating appearance, representative stacking and carton labels. Replenishment records kept stable product data separate from the changing location allocation.
Result
The first rollout reached all 38 locations without relabeling completed cartons. Later orders can change the site mix while keeping the approved construction, finish references and case-pack rules intact.
